Welcome to our brand-new website. It’s probably clunky and a tad unprofessional looking, but I wouldn’t have it any other way as I, too, am a bit clunky and unprofessional myself.

I have been gardening and implementing systems for self-sufficiency on our micro homestead for close to ten years now. There have been many triumphs and tragedies along the way, but we have managed to hang in there and make each year on this property better than the one before it. Thank God my wife is on board with this endeavor.

We went ‘live’ in 2023 by having a booth at our local farmers market and participating in several local festivals as vendors. And it was pretty awesome. We got to meet some really cool people, learned a ton along the way, and got the business to be fairly self-sustaining (finally!). I’m going to commit to doing at least three posts per week to share our story, teach some useful skills and knowledge, and to expand our business.
